It's a pull-on jumper cut — no zip to fight with, no back buttons pressing into a car seat — and it's cotton, so it goes in the wash after the shave ice incident and comes back out fine. Grandparents shipping to the mainland are our most frequent buyers of this size run.

Sizes — 6 Months, 12 Months, 18 Months, 24 Months

Colours — Pink, Teal

Style — tiered cabana jumper, pull-over

Fabric — 100% cotton, made in Hawaii

Label — Kole Kole

How This Fits

Sized by age in months, which is a rough guide at best — go by your child's current build rather than her birthday. If she's tall for her age or you want the dress to last a season and a half, take the next size up; the tiered skirt hangs loose, so extra length reads as a longer dress rather than a badly fitting one. Over a nappy, the 12 Months and up have room through the middle. Cotton will take up a little on a hot wash, which is another argument for sizing up.

Wear It For

Luaus, first-birthday parties, beach portrait sessions, Easter and Christmas in Hawaii, and flying home to grandparents who want a photo at the airport. It also holds up as an everyday summer dress — the tiers move when she runs, which is most of what she does.

Care

Cold machine wash, tumble low or hang to dry. Keep it out of a hot dryer and the cotton stays true to size. A cool iron on the tiers if you want it crisp for photos.

Why Shop MauiShirts?

28 years of Hawaiian clothing from our Maui showroom, since 1998

Children's sizing questions answered by a person before you order

We stock the full infant-to-toddler run, not one or two odd sizes

Free shipping to anywhere in the USA and its territories — no minimum order.
