It reads clearly enough across a table that your foursome will spot it, but it's a proper open-collar aloha shirt rather than a novelty tee, so it holds up at the club dinner afterwards. We stock it through 4X-Large, which is the reason most of our big-and-tall customers end up here — golf prints usually stop at XL.

Sizes — Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X-Large, 3X-Large, 4X-Large

Colours — Black, White

Fit — open collar, worn untucked, side pleats below the yoke for extra room

Fabric — 100% poplin cotton, handmade in Hawaii

Details — genuine coconut shell buttons, matched front placket, chest pocket that disappears into the print background

Label — Pacific Legend

How This Fits

True to size. Poplin cotton has more body than rayon, so it stands away from the torso rather than clinging — good news if you'd rather not advertise your midsection. The side pleats under the back yoke add movement across the shoulders, which is why this cut works for a full swing. Between sizes, take the larger one: cotton gives up a little length after the first few washes, and the straight hem needs to stay below your belt line.

Wear It For

Scramble tournaments and charity outings, member-guest weekends, the 19th hole, retirement parties for someone who's finally getting his tee times back, Father's Day, and any golf trip where you want one shirt that covers both the course and the steakhouse. Black hides a spilled beer; white photographs better in a group shot.

Care

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Poplin takes a warm iron well if you want a crisp collar. Skip the hot dryer — cotton this tightly woven will tighten up on you if you cook it.

Why Shop MauiShirts?

Selling Hawaiian clothing from our Maui showroom since 1998 — 28 years

Big and tall sizes carried in the same print, not just the small end of the range

We'll tell you honestly how a shirt runs before you order

Free shipping to anywhere in the USA and its territories — no minimum order.
