Embroidery instead of a loud all-over print, so it reads as a real shirt from across the room and only gives up the joke when someone gets close. We ship a lot of these to men who host, to grandfathers on Christmas morning, and to anyone who needs a 4X and is tired of being handed a novelty tee.

Sizes — Small through 4X-Large

Chest — S 47" · M 49" · L 51" · XL 53" · 2X 55" · 3X 57" · 4X 59"

Colours — Navy, Tomato

Fabric — 70% Rayon (Modal) / 30% Polyester

Construction — 2-piece collar, back yoke with side pleats, side vents, straight bottom hem

Label — Bamboo Cay

How This Fits

Roomy. A Small measures 47" in the chest, which is a Medium or even a Large in most mainland shirts — check your own chest measurement against the list above rather than ordering your usual letter. Big and tall customers do well here because the range runs a clean 2" per size all the way to a 59" chest without the cut going boxy. Side vents and the straight hem mean it hangs, not clings, over a belt. Between two sizes, take the smaller one; there's slack in it.

Wear It For

The company holiday party, Christmas Eve dinner, Mele Kalikimaka gatherings, a December cruise, and the photo on Christmas morning that gets emailed to the whole family. It also does duty in January as a plain resort shirt if you go Navy — the embroidery is holiday, but it isn't tinsel.

Care

Machine wash, no bleach. Pull it out of the dryer while still slightly damp and hang it — that alone removes most of the wrinkling. If you want it crisp for the party, a low-temperature iron only. Modal is less shrink-resistant than cotton, so keep the water and the dryer cool.

Why Shop MauiShirts?

28 years selling Hawaiian clothing from our Maui showroom — since 1998

Chest measurements listed for every size, S through 4X, so you order once

Big & tall is not an afterthought here — the whole range is stocked

Free shipping to anywhere in the USA and its territories — no minimum order.
