The halter ties at the neck with a drawstring, so there's no zip to fight and a little room to adjust as she grows through a season. The circular flare bottom is the part the kids care about — it moves when she does.

Sizes — 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, plus 6X-Large

Colours — Blue, Red, Teal

Neckline — halter with drawstring tie

Cut — drop waist with a circular flare skirt

Fabric — 100% rayon, made in Hawaii

Label — Kole Kole

How This Fits

Order her usual size. The drawstring halter gives you real adjustment at the neck, which is where children's dresses normally fail — you can snug it up on a slim frame or let it out as she gets taller. Because the waist sits low and the skirt flares from there rather than from the natural waist, it forgives a growth spurt better than a fitted-bodice dress. Rayon hangs close and soft, so it won't stand away from her the way a stiff cotton does. If she's between sizes and you want a second summer out of it, take the larger one and tie the halter shorter.

Wear It For

Flower girl duty at a beach ceremony, luau nights, Easter and Mother's Day photos, and the resort dinner where she needs to look put together for forty minutes and then go run on the grass.
