J. Clancey Empire Waist, Elastic Strap, zipper back dress, and have no relationship to any other dress maker, style or brand name.

BUST or CHEST measurement is the circumference measurement taken from below the armpits from seam to seam. The measurement is taken with the dress flat on a table.
The WAIST is a circumference measurement taken approximately 7" below the arm insert area.
The HIP is a circumference measurement that is measured approximately 7 1/2" to 8" below the waist.
The LENGTH is measured from the shoulder top to the bottom of the dress hem.
