Everything on this page comes in 3X-Large or bigger. RJC's cotton prints like Classic Hibiscus, USA Airplanes and Kilauea Big Island Volcano run all the way to 5X-Large, and a few shirts offer separate Big and Tall cuts.

Big or tall?
A Big size adds room through the chest and belly. A Tall size adds length to the body and sleeves. Most aloha shirts are only cut one way, but the Sails & Stripes Weekender comes in both: Big from 2X to 6X and Tall from 2X to 4X-Large.
RJC's shirts run in proportion rather than just getting wider, so a 3X is longer in the body as well as fuller. The side pleats below the back yoke give extra room across the shoulders.
Measure before you order
At bigger sizes the difference between brands matters more. Paradise Found's men's shirts are known to run large, and every other label here keeps its own size chart too. Measure a shirt you like armpit to armpit and collar seam to hem, email the numbers to jz@MauiShirts.com, and we'll match you to a size.
