Buying guide & FAQ
Hibiscus
The yellow hibiscus is Hawaii's state flower. RJC's Classic Hibiscus is cotton, runs Small to 5X-Large, and comes in Wedding White as well as navy, red and royal blue. Hibiscus Hawaiian Islands and Pineapple Hibiscus also go to 5X.
Hibiscus Watercolor is the one for a whole family: a men's rayon shirt (Small to 4X), a women's fitted blouse (X-Small to 3X) and a boy's rayon shirt (size 1 to 14).
Orchids
For women, Paradise Found's Pacific Orchid keyhole back slit tank and Star Orchid short tank flared dress run to 2X. For men, RJC's Hawaiian Orchid is rayon, Small to 4X. RJC Puanani's Pale Hibiscus Orchid scarf hem long dress puts both flowers on one dress.
Sizing
Every Hawaiian maker cuts to its own size chart, so the Large you wear in one label may not be the Large you need in the next. Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure it armpit to armpit and from the collar seam to the hem, and email both numbers to jz@MauiShirts.com. We'll tell you which size to order.
