Free shipping has no weight limit and no order minimum — buy one shirt or buy twelve. Upgrade prices cover a normal order; a large one may price a little differently at checkout because the carriers charge us by weight. Ordering for a wedding, a reunion, or a whole family? Email us and we'll work out the best way to get it to you.
How long before it ships
In-stock orders leave our Maui showroom in 1–2 business days. If your order arrives before 2:00 PM Hawaii time, Monday through Friday, and everything in it is in stock, it usually ships the same day. Items we bring in from the maker take 3–5 business days to pack.
Shipping outside the US
We ship worldwide, but international orders are not free. Rates depend on the service and how much you're ordering.

First Class International has limited tracking once the package leaves the US. Priority Mail International is tracked the whole way. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are not included in what you pay us.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still on. Here are your three options.
Straight exchange
Swap for a different size, color, or print. Email us first so we can set the item aside. There's a $10–12 charge to cover return shipping. No refund is issued — you're trading, not returning.
Order the replacement now
Don't want to wait for the swap? Place a new order today and send the first item back. Free US shipping applies to the new order as usual — we deduct $10–12 from your refund to cover shipping the replacement, the same as a straight exchange. No restocking fee, because you're exchanging rather than returning.
Refund
Not replacing it? Send it back and we'll refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking, handling and relisting fee. Return postage is yours to cover.
What we can't take back
- Clearance items and anything marked Final Sale.
- Anything worn, washed, altered, or missing its tags.
How to start a return
Email jz@MauiShirts.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply with instructions before you ship anything back — that way nothing gets lost and your exchange is reserved.
A couple of things worth knowing. If an international order comes back to us, any customs fees we're charged are deducted from the refund. And if a FedEx shipment is refused or can't be delivered, the return shipping cost is the buyer's.

Common Questions
Do I need a code to get free shipping?
No. Free US shipping is applied automatically at checkout on every order, with no minimum to reach and nothing to type in.
Does free shipping cover Hawaii, Alaska, and the territories?
Yes. All 50 states ship free, and so do Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. International orders are not included.
Is there a weight or quantity limit on free shipping?
No. Free US shipping applies however much you order. If you're buying for a wedding party or a large family group, email us before you order and we'll make sure it goes out the best way.
The shirt doesn't fit. What's the fastest fix?
Place a new order in the size you want and send the first one back. The right shirt is already on its way while the return is in transit. You'll still get free shipping on the new order, and we take $10–12 off the refund to cover it — the same charge as a straight exchange, with no restocking fee.
Is the restocking fee charged on exchanges too?
No. Exchanges never carry it — that includes placing a new order and sending the original back. The 15% restocking, handling and relisting fee applies only when you want your money back and aren't replacing the item. Exchanges carry the $10–12 shipping charge instead.
My order hasn't arrived and it's been two weeks.
Email jz@MauiShirts.com with your order number. Free First Class runs 7–10 business days, so two calendar weeks can still be normal — but we'll track it down for you.
Can I return a clearance item?
Clearance and Final Sale items are sold as-is and can't be returned or exchanged. That's how we're able to price them the way we do.
